go to Micas case portal: https://cases.micasnetworks.com/
2) Fill in the fields in Submit a Request
Click "Submit new case"
Fill in the fields
Note: The email address must be the one you are using and will be used for ticket tracking in the process.
After filling in this information, click "Submit" to complete the submission.
3) Verify your email at the first submission
If you are submitting it for the first time, it will need to verify your email address. you will see following alert: "Request not submitted, please check your mail to verify and submit your request."
Click the link in your email to sign-in
Note: After click the email link, input the password that you will use, then the ticket will submit to Micas case system.
4) Track your ticket
Use the registered email address to log in to the official website https://cases.micasnetworks.com/
Find the "Review existing cases"
Check the list of your cases
Also, if there is any update, your registered email will be notified.
By clicking the subject of the ticket, you can view the whole information of this ticket. And also, you can add files or messages in the ticket.
