1) Access Micas support portal, and sign in
go to Micas Support Portal: https://micasnetworks.com/support.
click "Support" --> "Support Portal"
It will require you to sign in with your user account.
Note: If you are new user, please click the "sign up", use your email to register the user account.
2) Submit new case
After sign in, click the "submit new case" button.
Fill in the detail information, and then click "submit".
3) Review your case
After submitting the case, you can review the existing cases.
Click the case to view the detail information and progress.
4) Reset password if needed
If you forget your password and cannot log in to the support portal, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page.
