Enter "sonic-cli" and then run the command "show tech-support".
It will take 10 to 15 minutes to collect all the information. You can use the command "show tech-support status" to monitor the collection process.
Once it shows "Completed," the xxxx.tar.gz file will be generated under /var/dump/. Please download the file and send it to Micas.
